Kaidan	Kaidan Newman: mercenary with a record and little respect for discipline, but a sharp reader of enemy habits and a natural squad leader.
Dana	Dana Yano: top graduate of the Enfield Military Academy with the school's best sniping record in five years; calm and precise.
Grant	Grant Zakarweski: a skilled mechanic who is usually on his way to a drink and likes to fit odd parts to the squad's STs.
Rosa	Rosa Diaz: the UNCS ace known as "Valkyrie", secretly a product of the military's augmentation experiments. Her own ST is the one-off XR.
Seven	Seven Favre: runs the Lollipop Repair Shop and would rather modify an ST than just fix it. Her ST: Aurora.
Hong	Hongling Li: a martial artist from the far east, pulled into Arashium medical experiments after a spine injury and rescued by Rosa. Her ST: Glasya.
Gumusiay	Aynur Derya: the only survivor of Obsidian's biological interference device experiment. Her ST: Ranger.
Naomi	Naomi Romanov: a young hacker and GSA agent who can break into enemy databases and jam mecha radar.
Yevgeny	Yevgeny Ivanovic Goman: the gloomy leader of the Ashes.
Frida	Frida Garcia: leader of the Electric Eels.
William	William Stein: a war veteran serving Blair in the hunt for the rebels.
Harvey	Harvey Lynch: captain of the ship GKD uses for legal and not-so-legal deliveries.
Winston	Winston Gresham: designer of the XR and head of the program that picked augmentation candidates.
